GEN IV TH350/400 Info

To use the older TH350 or TH400 with the newer GEN IV is quite simple and the least expensive.  We can modify any OEM harness to run these transmissions and this significantly reduces the over all cost.  Just because its cheaper doesn't mean its the always the best choice though.  Remember; "Cheap ain't Cool, AND Cool ain't Cheap!!!"  There are some nice features that the newer electronic transmissions offer.  But for some older lower speed trucks/cars, retrofit, or offroad cars the good ol' TH350 or TH400 may be the right choice.

Note:  A VSS (vehicle speed sensor) is NOT required to run these transmissions.  Although desirable, especially with upgraded cams, the VSS is not mandatory.
